Description

Application:
- Melt about half a teaspoon of balm in a pan of hot water and inhale the steam.
- Can also be applied directly to the chest or under the nose.

Helps with breathing in a gentle way
Lovely calming smell in which lavender and eucalyptus stand out mostly for me personally. Helps with breathing and Inuse it also as a calming before bed Balm. When my nose is completely blocked, I apply it generously on the soles of my feet before bed and wear wool socks. That helps even more. Lovely Badger Balm product!

I would have preferred a stronger effect. It's nice to protect the skin of my nose but it doesn't help breathing very much.
