Description
The Oil-Soluble Organic Carrot Extract by La Saponaria is an antioxidant-rich raw material that contains vitamins B, C and E, provitamin A and a high content in carotene. It can be used to promote a golden and even tan whether on the face or body. This macerated extract is obtained through ultrasound at low temperature in sunflower oil.
Application:
- Restores the energy levels of dull skin.
- Ideal as a fat phase in the production of sun oils, after-sun creams, and facial and body creams that enhance the skin's radiance and smooth the complexion.
- Water-insoluble - add to the mixture during its cooling phase at a temperature of approximately 40 °C.
- Percentage generally used: 1-10% of the total weight of the mixture.
- Saponification index: 188-194
