Instructions for use:

• Wash your hands and the product before use.
• Start with the lighter weight (65 g).
• Gently insert it whilst in a comfortable, relaxed position.
• Hold it in place for 10–15 minutes whilst contracting your pelvic floor muscles.
• Use 3–5 times a week, or daily if required.
• Once you feel comfortable, move on to the heavier weight (95 g).
• Clean after each use with mild soap and warm water.
