Tips:
- Gently fragrance children's rooms before bed. Use a very low dosage in a fragrance lamp. Scent the room for a short period of time and remove the fragrance lamp thereafter.
- Evening massage before bed: Mix 2 drops of bergamot, 1 drop of mandarin, 1 drop of lavender fine and 1 drop of Roman chamomile.
