Neem oil may need to be warmed slightly - leave the bottle in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes. I would recommend blending the oil with another base oil/lotion as it is quite potent, & naturally has a very strong scent! (maybe use full strength if you're doing a toenail treatment but otherwise diluted is better).
