Description

Santulan (Balance) Mouth Oil for Oil Pulling by Himalaya's Dreams cleans and cares for the entire oral cavity including the gums. It consists of the following ingredients:

  • Organic sesame oil
  • Organic coconut oil
  • Organic sunflower oil
  • Pepper
  • Rosemary
  • Celyon cinnamon
  • Green cardamom

How to use:

  • Take 1 tablespoon of oil in your mouth and suck it through your teeth and gargle for 5-10 minutes.
  • The oil changes colour turning whitish and pale and becomes thin.
  • After use, spit into a cloth and dispose of it in your household trash.
  • Do it after waking up in the morning.
  • Afterwards, scrape your tongue, brush your teeth and rinse your mouth with a glass of water.
