Description
The Colour Care Hair Oil sets and intensifies plant hair dyes in a natural way. The plant extracts form a protective film that guards the hair against heat, sun and mechanical strains. Senna, centella and broccoli seeds condition the hair without weighing it down. The Ayurvedic herbs are traditionally cooked over an open fire.
Application:
- Traditionally used prior to cleansing the hair.
- Use 24 hours after having applied a hair dye at the earliest.
- Use 2 - 3 pumps on dry hair, particularly on bleached areas.
- Distribute the oil in the lengthens and ends of the hair.
- If the oil is only used to condition the hair, start by applying it to the lengthens and ends then massage the remaining oil onto the scalp.
- The oil can also be combed through with the Khadi brush.
- Wrap the hair in a towel.
- Shampoo the hair and scalp after 30 - 60 minutes.
- Leave the oil on overnight for best results.
- Can be used as an in-between hair care product to refresh the colour.
- When used sparingly, the oil doubles a leave-in product.

This oil is perfect for my textured and porous hair after using the khadi henna products. Sets the color well, absorbs and moisturizes without heaviness, relieves any dryness from the henna. A really nice blend of natural ingredients that work.

I think it does protect my hair. I have also noticed that, in the long run, using this oil before washing my hair really nourishes them. I have long, straight hair.

This stuff is magic! First off, it smells sweet and pepperminty, and it is quite a light oil. My hair is hennaed and over time, it can get quite dull, but after using this it's bought out all the vibrant red/coppers and added a beautiful sheen to my hair. It was easy to wash out and left my ends feeling silky and hydrated. The best oil from Khadi I've tried! Will be stockpiling this stuff.
