Description
The fragrance composition contains 11 natural essential oils - including lavender, patchouli, frankincense, chamomile, neroli and petitgrain - with soothing and sleeping promoting properties. It calms a restless mind while relaxing the body. Ideal for a relaxing bath or massage before bed.
Application:
- Aromatherapy: Add a few drops to a burner or diffuser.
- Bath: Add a few drops to a warm bath.
- Massage: Add 1 to 2 drops to a base oil for a blissfully relaxing massage.
- Inhalation: Add a few drops to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head and inhale the aromatic steam.
