Spikenard is a true survivor and thrives in the Himalayas at an altitude of up to 5000 m. Its scent is intense, valerian-like and heavy and has a grounding effect on the body and mind. The medicinal plant is particularly valued for its calming and harmonising effect. It can improve sleep and has a grounding effect during stressful or tense phases.

Application: Aromatherapeutic care for the skin. Mix max. 10 drops in 50 ml Primavera Organic Almond Oil.
