I am a light summer (colour palatte) with fair skin and this colour does not suit me. I don't think "watermelon" correctly describes this colour, it is much lighter than the picture.

Bought as Christmas present for my daughter, who loves this lipstick. This is the second year that it has appeared on her Christmas list! She says it feels wonderfully moisturising and silky, and the bonus is that it is also eco friendly

I've been using Lavera toiletries (not make up) for many years. Recently I learned about the ingredient carmine (squashed bugs): used to give a red hue in cosmetics. It can also be listed in the ingredients as Ci 75470. Lavera describes itself as cruelty free and 95% vegan. Carmine is not an animal by-product!! I was so surprised and disappointed to find Lavera use Carmine. Come on Lavera, this is 2021,find an alternative.......

I love it, but colour confusing

I have 'Pink Fuchsia'. It's a colour I've been looking for for a while and Lavera was the only brand that seemed to have it, so I was excited. The lipstick has a rich, creamy consistency although it is a little heavy. The finish is highly pigmented and slightly shimmery (but not full-on glossy). It takes a little while to dry but lasts several hours. The colour on the label and of the lipstick itself is, however, different to the colour when on - it's more of a reddish pink than bluish (because colour mixes with skin undertones) so that was a little disappointing. Still a beautiful colour though. It's a bit pricier than what I'm used to but some people spend £30+ on lipsticks so it's all relative.

I love the ingredients and the price point. I just think it drags on the lips a bit, it’s not very soft. Staying power is not really good but no bullet lipstick has great staying power. It’s a good deal but I am used to better formulas

The perfect red

I asked Ecco Verde advice on fb chat because I wanted to have a pure red lipstick with no hints of brown, yellow or pink, and they recommended the Timeless Red color. Bought it and it's perfect. Glossy rather than matte. Would be 5 stars but the color comes off easily, always need to add lipstick after eating or drinking.

I'm a 'bright winter' (dark hair and eyes, lightbrown/caramel/golden/olive skin). I bought the colour 'purple star', because colours with a blue-ish tone suit me better than orange tones. This colour suits me ok, but I would not really consider this purple. It's more towards the brownish side. It also seems a bit sheer to me, but that could also be the combo with my lips. All in all, this colour does not really 'pop' on my face/with my colours. Will therefore not buy this colour again. The formula is nice though and the colour is easy to apply.
