More dark chocolate than black
The powder is very finely ground and thus easy to apply, but while it covers grey hair 100% even if you have thick hair, it does not give a pure black colour. My hair is naturally brown and the shade I get with this is dark chocolate (without a reddish undertone), not black. If I want black hair, I need to colour the hair one more time with pure indigo. It is much better to use this combination to get the final pure black colour though, because if I only use red henna in the first step and pure indigo in the second step, my hair washes out to reddish-brown soon, which I dislike.

Radico Soft Black
My greys turned green and are still clearly visible. It probably depends on the individual hair type. Left the paste on for almost 4 hours, followed the instructions carefully.
I don’t find it a drama, but I was hoping to finally have found the product that would bring the desired result. The nice part is, that the rest of my hair, which is black, has a beautiful tint now and feels somewhat nourished and has more body than before. Wouldn’t buy again, but it might work for you…
