Directions for use:

• Prep: Apply oil to the skin before using the Gua Sha.
• Detox: Place the Gua Sha in a slanted position and begin to move it downwards from the chin to the neck. This stimulates lymphatic flow.
• Activation: Place the Gua Sha flat on the skin and hold the centre of the face with the other hand. While applying light pressure, move the tool along the jawbone towards the ears. Work your way up over the cheeks and eye area. Use the notched side for the eye area. Place the Gua Sha flat on the centre of the forehead then pull it towards the temples along the hairline.

Note: Always start at the centre of the face, moving the tool outwards.
