this gel is not very strong, but it's perfect for my wavy hair.
when applied, I get more curls and definition, it gives a wet finish but doesn't have a strong hold effect; by the end of the day, your hair will be less defined. however, my goal is to get more bouncy waves so after I apply it and when my hair is dry I brush them, ending with soft, voluminous waves. So I guess it depends on what you are looking for :)
