The FRESH MINT Oil-pulling Oil Terra Naturi is ideal for daily oil pulling before brushing your teeth. It is enriched with organic peppermint and organic sesame oil and supports a refreshed mouthfeel.
Application:
Before brushing your teeth, place a tablespoon of the mouth oil in your mouth and swish the oil through the teeth for 10-20 minutes.
Spit the oil out onto a paper towel and dispose of it in the household waste.
