Description
The dual-ended uoga uoga Eyebrow Groomer and Brush is an irreplaceable cosmetics tool. The bristles shape the eyebrows and separates the lashes before using the groomer to define the brows. The slanted brush also doubles as a applicator for eyeliner or eye shadow.

UPDATE: the shakiness got worse and my actual brush fell off. I guess a bad glue was used and I have to use tape to hold it all together. Therefore, I have to deduct 2 stars because it broke within a few months.
When I received it and used it for the first weeks / months, I really loved the quality (although I find the brush a bit too thick for eye-liner. Love it for my eyebrows, though). However, the bristles started to be a bit shakey and move around...I can still use it and like how my brows look...but I don't know how longer it will stay fine. It was not that expensive, so I am not too disappointed.
