People have known about the calming properties of lemon balm since ancient times. Valerian is also a tried-and-tested natural ingredient that helps many people get better rest. Lemon grass, anise and peppermint add a fresh note to the tea.
Black currants, elderberries, hibiscus and rooibos give the tea mixture a fine berry taste.
Preparation:
- Pour 100 ° C hot water over the tea and let it steep for 8 minutes
Note:
- Do not pour the boiling water directly onto the tea as it could damage the sachet.
