Description
The Volume Mascara by Avril comes with a practical spiral brush that catches even the finest lashes with each application. Furthermore, organic beeswax and organic acai extract are both active ingredients that possess protective and strengthening properties.
Note: Unlike its counterpart used in conventional cosmetics, the Butylene Glycol contained in this product is obtained from cane sugar making it a completely natural substance.
Application:
- Define your lashes using an eyelash curler before applying the mascara.
- Apply one coat of mascara in a zigzag movement to coat even the smallest and finest lashes.
- Now let the mascara dry and then apply another layer.
- To remove the mascara, moisten two cotton pads with eye make-up remover and place them on your eyes for a few moments. Gently dab to remove the make-up and carefully wipe off any residue.

Dry yet doesn't even hold a curl

Very disappointed in this! Very dry, very flaky, terrible in moist conditions or if you have oily skin and you'd think with the dry consistency it'd hold a curl but it absolutely doesn't. Very sad as I love some of Avril's other products!

I found this mascara to be very well tolerated by my eyes with and without contact lenses. It is beautifully elongating the lashes, and doesn't stir away throughout the day. Non irritant, and very easy to take off with a cleansing gel or a milk cleanser. I have been purchasing this over and over again, and would definitely recommend it, especially given its price !

I've had a hard time finding a good natural mascara, but I think I can finally end the search!
It's not runny, more a bit dry, just the way I like my mascara. The application is easy, though the brush is a bit on the thick side at one point, it's nothing a little extra care won't fix. And last but not least, my eyelashes are long and full!Was this rating helpful? (6) (0)

It's not going to give you massive lashes. If you want a more natural look this is the one for you! I won't be buying again only because I've learnt that with my light summer complexion grey or cool brown is better as black is too harsh.

Best natural mascara

Thus is the best natural mascara I was ever using. It makes my lashes look longer and thicker. Applies really well, the brush is really good. It looks good all day long, no weird black bits under my eyes. Its not waterproof but it doesn't smudge so easily either. The only downside is that if it gets into your eyes it burns; I belive it's because castor oil, but at the same time castor oil is supposed to make our lashes darker and stronger so it's a plus. I'm going to stick with this one, I'm tired of testing more as nothing was as good as this one. I just thought it really resembles a drugstore mascara.
