what smell?
The consistency is nice, and the smell in the tin is lovely. But I cannot smell it once it has been put on the skin. I understand that this is for babies and needs to be mild, I would expect that the child still needs to be able to smell it.

Lovely addition to the nighttime routine
I'm really pleased with this balm, it does smell lovely and I do think it does relax you just before going to sleep. I will repurchase.

Sublime scent
This balm is already part of my baby's sleep ritual. I put it in both of us, I put on a quiet song, I reduce the lights and he falls asleep with the smell of lavender. I'm pretty sure he's going to have sweet dreams!

dreamy, soothing, smooth
This balm never leaves the side of my bed. I bought it on a whim because I often have trouble sleeping. For me putting it on is the final step that settles me in for the night. I rub it in under my nose, on my collarbone and on any dry places on my hands and face. The scent is super relaxing, the product is very hydrating and a little goes a long way. Personally I don't notice the scent lasting longer than five minutes, but sometimes I can smell it on my pillow the next day. I think the body just gets used to it fairly quickly. :) love it!
