Arnica oil for all and not just sport
I put this on along with my body oil in the mornings, around areas of tension, and find it helps. Also good for after long walks around my knee where it can hurt (muscular rather than joint, while I get fitter and stronger and continue with chiropractic treatments to become more aligned). I think the 'for men only' is like the Yorkie advert 'it's not for girls' sure it is ;-)
