Demmers Teehaus Forest Fruit Cocktail, 100 g

This carefully composed blend lives up to its name as a fruit cocktail. The vibrant base of hibiscus flowers and rosehip peel ensure a beautiful deep wine-red cup colour while adding a pleasantly lively acidity.

Crisp apple pieces, fine blackberry leaves and tart elderberries round off the blend harmoniously. The aromas of raspberry and currant add a deep, full-bodied fruity touch. To balance the bright acidity, simply stir a spoonful of honey or brown rock sugar in the infusion.
