Description

Baume de l'Himalaya is inspired by a Nepalese formula, combining various powerful and effective plant extracts to create an energising fluid.

Application:

  • If necessary, apply a few drops of the oil to the central points of the body, such as the temples, neck, back, feet, knees, etc. then rub in gently.
  • Can also be used for gentle solar plexus massages.

Tip:

  • A foot bath is ideal for banishing fatigue.
  • In a small tub with approx. 38°C hot water, dissolve 1 cup of coarse salt to which approx. 5 drops of Baume de l'Himalaya have been added.
  • Soak your feet in it for 15 minutes then dry them.
