Application:

• Use in the morning and evening.
• Warm a splash of oil between your hands for each application and apply gently to the breasts.
• Massage the oil onto the skin, starting from the centre between the breasts and massaging around them with light pressure, first around the top, then the sides, then around the bottom, back to the centre between the breasts.
• Do this first in a flowing motion, then in small circular motions.

Tips:

• If you feel tightness, reduce the application to once a day.
