Application:

• Skin: Apply a sufficient about of oil to the skin and massage until absorbed.
• Hair: Use as a pre-shampoo treatment by applying the oil to wet hair and distributing it throughout the lengthens of the hair with your fingertips, comb or brush. Gently massage the scalp. Cover the hair in clingfilm and leave on for 30 - 60 minutes. Shampoo thereafter as usual.
