Looking to end your day happy, relaxed and full of peaceful thoughts? Enjoy a mood-enhancing nightcap with Herbaria's Organic Moon Milk - nirvana! The Ayurvedic spice mixture, based on tiger nut and oat flakes, is infused with ashwagandha, turmeric and lucuma fruit which are responsible for giving the beverage its yellow colour. The fine, tart taste of ginger and mace goes well with the subtle sweetness of lucuma fruit and tonka beans.

Preparation recommendation:

  • Heat 100–150 ml of milk, oat drink or any other plant-based drink.
  • Place the sachet into the warm milk then mix with a hand blender or whisk and enjoy.
  • You can also foam it up with a milk frother.
  • Sweeten with maple syrup or honey as desired.
