Description

Himalaya's Dreams Shakti Mouth Pulling Oil consists of the following ingredients:

  • Organic sesame oil
  • Organic sunflower oil
  • Organic coconut oil
  • Turmeric oil
  • Ginger
  • Tiger grass extract
  • Fennel
  • Eucalyptus oil

It cleans the mouth, gums and oral mucosa. At the same time, it ensures the acid-base balance in the mouth. Oil pulling is suitable as part of the morning routine and as a treatment over a period of 3 weeks or even on individual days.

Directions for use:

  • Put 1 tablespoon of oil in your mouth and pull through your teeth and gargle for 5-10 minutes.
  • The oil changes colour and becomes whitish and thin.
  • After use, spit on a cloth and dispose of it in the trash.
  • Do it after getting up in the morning.
  • Afterwards, scrape your tongue, brush your teeth and rinse your mouth with a glass of water.
