I have been using this toothpaste for years now and I am very happy with it. It tastes almost like a regular toothpaste, but without the excessive strong taste or foaming I experience with regular toothpastes (there is still foam though). Because the toothpaste contains no SLS, my gums and mouth do not become irritated. The Xilitol seems to work just as well as fluoride: no caries since I use this.

I prefer another brand, because of the natural ingredient feeling is much better in another brand, as well as feeling like my teeth are cleaned, - is better with Roth paste from other organic toothpaste brand.

I used the "mint" version of this for years and then picked one of these up one day when I had run out. I actually think this one tastes at least as good as the mint one. It is already minty itself and costs less! This will be my new go to!
