Description
The Black Cumin Oil by Najel is rich in fatty acids - omega 3, 6 and 9 - to tone, revitalise and balance. It is recommended as a nutritional supplement during winter and autumn.
Directions for Use:
- Ideally used during autumn and winter (allergy season).
- Take 1 teaspoon of oil before breakfast for a period of 3 weeks.
- Can be mixed with honey or milk.
- Do not consume any water directly before or directly after intake.
