Description

Most women are familiar with cramps, abdominal pain, mood swings, fatigue and discomfort during their period. Who wouldn't want to curl up in bed and wait for it to pass?! That's why PURE SKIN FOOD has developed this special oil. It is intended to be a comforting and pleasant companion during your period. Thanks to its blend of essential oils obtained from lavender, ginger, clary sage, vanilla extract and cinnamon, the oil is able to caress the body and the mind.

Application:

  • Warm up your hands, then gently massage the oil onto your lower stomach, lower back and thighs and let the oil take effect.
  • Use several times a day as needed.
  • A blanket, hot-water bottle or cherry pit pillow provide additional warmth for more well-being!

Tip:

  • If you regularly suffer from severe pain during your period, you can start the massage in the second half of your cycle or a few days before your period starts.
