"Verified Purchase" indicates that the rating was given by customers who actually bought this product from us. However, anyone who has a customer account with us can give a rating. Smudgy, not the brand's best

Maybe I was mislead, but unless this eyeliner is for like smokey eyes, it's very smudgy.
I tried using it a couple of times and took the precaution of setting it with a paper tissue but every time I ended up with raccoon eyes.
Verdict: too oily or smudgy.

I was extremely disappointed with this product. As soon as I applied the liner, it would instantly smudge. I had really bad panda eyes which I was not aware when I was out. Won't be purchasing again.
