Description

The natural alum stone has been used in the Mediterranean since ancient times thanks to its numerous deodorising, astringent and clarifying properties. The silky powder is a true all-rounder - for cosmetics and household use. it ensures clean, soft laundry, keeps cut flowers in the vase fresher for longer, and can be used to mix modelling clay and impregnates clothing as well as umbrellas, etc.

The powder can be used as a deodorant on hands, feet or armpits, and can also be used on small cuts that occur when shaving, on razor burn and after epilation. It can also be mixed into creams, gels or lotions as an effective after-shave care product that is also suitable for sensitive skin.

DIY deodorant instructions:

  • Place 1 tablespoon of alum powder into an empty 100 ml bottle with a spray attachment, then fill halfway with a hydrosol and top up to 100 ml with still mineral water.
  • Shake the bottle before each use.
  • This homemade, natural deodorant can be made with all Tadé hydrosols, which then give it a delicate scent.
