Description

Accentuate the eyes with the uoga uoga Eyeliner Pencil available in various beautiful shades. It offers a cream, smooth texture that is easy and pleasant to apply. The pencil can be used to brighten the contours of the eyes to make the lashes appear fuller. Alternatively, use the eyeliner to lengthen the appearance of the eyes. The eyeliner is highly pigmented and blendable making it perfect for smokey-eye looks. The natural and mild formula can be used as a kajal around the edge of the eyes.

  • Suitable for sensitive eyes.

Tip: Set the eyeliner with some eyeshadow to prevent it from smudging. This is a great tip for hooded eyes or oily skin.
