Directions for use:
- Take 2 - 3 teaspoons of Weleda Sea Buckthorn Juice 3 times a day.
- Add to water or tea to make a drink with an unmistakable flavour.
- Can also be stirred into quark/curd cheese, yoghurt or muesli.
