Akamuti Roman Chamomile Essential Oil

Chamomile is a wonderfully gentle oil ideal for itchy and irritated skin. Roman chamomile has a pleasantly sweet scent that doubles as a bath additive or massage oil. It has a mild composition making it suitable for use on the skin of little ones.

Directions for Use:

• Mix 1 drop of chamomile oil with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil (e.g. apricot kernel oil) and the blend to moisturise the skin.

Recommendation:

• Blend 2 drops of chamomile oil with teh same amount of lavender and ylang-ylang oils (ratio of 1:1). Use the oil blend as a relaxing bath additive.
