I use one tab in the morning, while using a 'regular' (whitening) toothpaste for sensitive teeth in the evening (after flossing etc). I really like that these tabs come in a glass bottle and that it saves plastic. The tablets do not really foam, but as I'm used to eco toothpaste, this does not bother me that much. The tabs leave a clean feeling and I'm happy to use them in combination with my other toothpaste. Let's see how this holds up in the long run.
