Nice to enlighten the whole face, bad to accentuate areas

I bought this for making reflections on checks, overeye-aereas and forehead. In fact it´s a rosy powder with tiny violet sparks in it, which - applied to the whole face - maybe look quiet nice when your skintype fits the slight rosy color. But in my opinion it´s definitely not made for enlighting specific aeras. I´ve applied quite an amount and still it doesn´t make a difference. Not made to accentuate.
