Description

Rosemary belongs to the Lamiaceae (Labiatae) family. Its essential oil is pure, vegan and of organic quality. The essential oil obtained via steam distillation. The dark glass bottle protects the contents from light.

This is a cineole-based rosemary oil. This refers to its unique high cineole (i.e. eucalyptol) content. In aromatherapy, this chemotype is treasured for its clarifying, balancing and stimulating effects. It is used as an "oil for colds and flu" when used for room scenting. Cineol rosemary is used for combination, oily and acne-prone skin due to its astringent, toning and purifying properties. It is suitable for body massages when diluted with a plant-based carrier oil.
