Description
Type 1 collagen is a structural skin protein that is naturally produced by the body. It supports skin firmness and ensures a plumped-up, firm complexion. With age, collagen synthesis slows down - the quality and quantity of the skin's own collagen decreases. Supplements therefore become increasingly beneficial as we age. Mon Collagène Cacao contains hydrolysed type 1 marine collagen, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid and cocoa. It is free from any additives. The collagen has a low molecular weight (approx. 2000 Daltons) and can pass through the intestinal barrier and be better absorbed by the body.
Recommended intake:
- Dissolve 2 levelled measuring spoons (6 g) daily in a large glass of water, milk or plant drink - hot or cold.
- It is recommended to add the powder to the glass first, pour in the liquid, and mix thoroughly.
- Mon Collagène Cacao can also be enjoyed in yoghurt or muesli.
Recommended duration of use: Daily for 2-6 months. Continue if necessary.
