Description
Pu'Erh tea is a unique, fermented dark tea, usually paired with the Chinese dish, Dim Sum. Some believe that Pu'er aids digestion and helps flush out fat deposits from the body. Slimming Pu'er, however, is just a name that reflects a state of mind.
Preparation:
- Add 2 g of Slimming Pu'er to 200 ml of hot water (100 °C) and leave to brew for about 3 - 5 minutes.
