I have been drinking this tea for several years now along with Yogi Evening (Abend) and Sonnentor mint tea and this is by far strongest tea to calm me before bed. I rotate between them to help with my anxiety and this one puts me to sleep really fast, so I can totally recommend to give it a try! If using with their Night time capsules then I can guarantee you'll relax and drift off to sleep very quickly and wake up totally refreshed, calm and unbothered.
