Description
Top-quality white tea inspires with its gentle taste and floral aroma without any bitterness. This loose leaf tea variety from the hand of the tea master Lin Xingxiong impresses with an extremely delicate roasted note. It was picked in late March 2021 from the Fuding Da Bai Cha tea bushes grown at 700 m above sea level in Fujian Province, China. The leaves were allowed to wilt in bamboo baskets for 2 to 3 days, after which they were gently dried in the oven. This tea unfolds its gentle floral aromas particularly well in soft water.
Tip: This white tea can be infused several times! Professionals choose a maximum water temperature of 80 °C and prefer the following brewing time intervals: 1st infusion at least 5 minutes. 2nd-3rd infusion a little longer.
