Yogi Tea Ginger Lemon Chai Tea
Ginger has been known as a warming and stimulating spice and medicinal plant for more than 3,000 years. The fruity, spicy flavour and the essential oils stimulate the soul. Peppermint and lemon provide a fresh, lemony flavour. Liquorice is 50 times sweeter than sugar and creates a unique taste.
Preparation: Add 1 tablespoon (approx.3,5 g) to 1 liter of boiling water. Cover and let it brew for 5-10 minutes. Strain tea and enjoy!
