I am light skinned. I use this stuff in summer everywhere: legs, arms, shoulders, etc. Rub out fast! It dries quickly! I also use it in summer as a mix in for my 100% pure water foundation, which is way too light in summer. This makes it darker. The glow disappears when mixed in, mostly. Which is good. I have the darker version, which is good when you're like me, as pale as, or darker than Scandinavian: tans a bit in summer.
