These are my first ever reuseable cleansing pads so I can not compare to other ones. Compared to regular throw away cotton pads these feel smoother on the skin. First time I used this with miscellar water just like I would use cotton pads but they did not really work well at all. They were just moving the grime around instead of removing it. I removed the dirt with normal cottons after using this. Doesnt work for cleansing. But next morning I just applied my toner with these. They work well for that purpose.

I was hoping to find a more eco-friendly alternative for cotton pads, but these don't work well. They do not absorb any liquid or cleansing-oil so it's nearly dry when I try to clean the face which makes it very uncomfortable. Also, my skin got worse using them (more pimples) compared when I use normal cotton pads. Seems they still have bacteria in them even after cleaning the pads.

Love them! I do not need to purchase cotton pads anymore, only for the removal of nail polish. I wish I knew of those before. I just wash them after every use. Removes makeup properly.

I am trying to avoid plastics so when the product arrived in wood and paper I was delighted from the start. I have just begun to use them and they work really well. You can use each pad several times before washing and I also find you need very little product on them to remove make-up so a saving there too. I travel a lot so was pleased to receive the mesh bag that you can keep them in, I would highly recommend these.
