First I had a stupid moment and I was using the wrong end haha and I thought it is terrible but then I saw the scoop on the other end and it works perfect.

It works!
You have to be careful at first with how much pressure you're applying because it is not soft, but it works perfect!

Not good
Two days after the delivery, it got broken. When I first saw the product, i thought tip was too thin and carved poorly. If you are not careful with it you can puncture your eardrum easily. It is not so easy to wash it after every use, so it is not so hygienic neither. The tip is fragile so it broke after 2 days of use. It does not worth 4,99euros!
