Aluminum oxide (Clay)
Loess, Clay
There are various types of clay that can be included as cosmetic raw materials for both externally and internally use. They are all from the last ice age when the glaciers crushed the rock into fine dust. Basically, all earth is composed of loess, which consists primarily of quartz, alumina-silicates, calcium, minerals and trace elements. The particular composition of its makeup and minerals form the corresponding properties of a clay.
