Hard to apply
I love the packaging of this product - it's so hard to find a lip product packaged in anything but plastics and I do not buy plastics whenever I can avoid it. It also smells nice, but it's very, very hard to apply and it didn't have that nice, soothing effect on my lips one expects from such products. I'd say it has too much wax in it. Regrettably, I'll have to find another product or start making my own...
