Description
Ashwagandha, also referred to as winter cherry or Indian ginseng, is one of the most utilised herbs in Ayurvedic teachings. PUKKA uses a special extraction process that retains numerous of the more than 45 active bonds. Thus, 1 dosage corresponds to 39 000 mg of fresh ashwagandha root.
Recommended dosage:
- Take 1 - 2 capsules (600 mg/capsule) daily before meals with water or juice.
Store in a dry, cool place. Keep away from children. Take only after consulting your doctor if you're pregnant! Do not exceed that recommended daily dosage. The product does not replace a balanced and varied diet. Store packaging in a safe place for future reference.
